The Clean Beauty Action Network is a grassroots community of youth activists and organizers who take action together to promote beauty products that are safe for people and safe for the planet.

We're a network of high school students around the country and around the world who are passionate about bringing about the future of Clean Beauty. We do this through outreach, education and advocacy. We encourage our peers to learn about the chemistry behind Clean Beauty and to use our voices to enact change so beauty products are safe for people and safe for the planet. Daphne Nguyen
Daphne is a high school student from San Jose, California who founded CBAN after discovering that personal beauty products are not regulated as safe. Daphne is an aspiring chemist who studies environmental toxins with a focus on personal beauty products. She works with other teens to fight for products that, when applied to our bodies, are safe for us and safe for the planet. This means understanding the chemical and environmental science, advocating to lawmakers and regulators, and influencing manufacturers and distributors to sell Clean Beauty products. Through advocacy, our voices and our purchasing power can make a difference!
